General Accountant

DUBIMED Medical Supplies Trading LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai. If you have 1–2 years of accounting experience and are looking to grow your career in a dynamic organization, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & General Ledger Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and e xecute month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR) Process vendor invoices, manage purchase orders, and execute timely supplier payments.
3. Tax & Regulatory Compliance Compute, file, and reconcile local and federal tax requirements. Ensure strict adherence to trade regulations and corporate tax laws.
4. Banking & Audits Perform regular bank reconciliation and manage petty cash. Prepare supporting documents, schedules, and reports for internal and annual external audits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Professional qualifications are an added advantage. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the trading, distribution, or supply chain industries. Software Skills: Proficiency in modern ERP and accounting software (e.g.

, SAP, Oracle Cloud, Tally Prime, or QuickBooks). Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory. Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to handle multi-currency ledgers and fluctuating costs.
