Oversee daily maintenance and engineering activities to ensure smooth operations. Supervise supervisors, technicians, and contractors. Monitor work quality, safety compliance, and equipment reliability. Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting. Identify and escalate technical issues and improvement opportunities.
Melakukan pemeliharaan preventif & korektif pada system corn dryer (blower, conveyor, heating system, dll) Memonitor kinerja peralatan dan mengidentifikasi potensi masalah mekanis sebelum terjadi kegagalan Membuat laporan teknis dan rekomendasi perbaikan Memimpin dan mendukung project modifikasi/upgrade corn dryer (seperti optimasi heat distribution, reduksi energy loss) Berkolaborasi dengan tim engineering untuk analisis desain, fabrikasi komponen, dan implementasi solusi Melakukan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) untuk masalah berulang dan usulkan solusi jangka panjang Mengevaluasi efisiensi thermal dryer dan usulkan improvement (seperti airflow adjustment, material handling) Memastikan compliance dengan standar safety dan lingkungan Membuat engineering drawing (sketsa modifikasi, AutoCAD, solidworks, P&ID sederhana) Berkoordinasi dengan tim plant, procurement dan kontraktor eksternal JAPFA is an agribusiness company that engages mainly in the production of animal feed, poultry breeding, commercial farm, consumer products, aquaculture, and beef cattle farming.
