Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics (No Weekends / Relocation Available) Location: Rexburg, ID (Relocation Assistance Available) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $93,000 – $105,000 / year (Base) + Up to $12,000 Annual Performance Bonus About the Role Are you a licensed Physical Therapist (PT / DPT) seeking a high-paying outpatient orthopedic role that respects your work-life balance?
Join our established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Rexburg, ID! We are seeking a passionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient caseload. Operating on a Monday through Friday schedule with zero nights and no weekends , this position offers a low-stress clinical environment paired with top-tier compensation.

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatments for orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and neurological patients. Formulate individualized, goal-oriented plans of care (POC). Complete documentation efficiently using modern EMR software and voice-dictation tools. Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, functional recovery, and injury prevention.
Qualifications
& Skills Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate of Physical Therapy / DPT preferred; Master's accepted). Licensure: Active (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho. Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification required. Experience: Open to both experienced Orthopedic PTs and New Grad Physical Therapists.
