Job description
The Warranty Analyst position is responsible for preparation, processing, and settling of claim payments, in a timely manner, to Caterpillar and various other authorized vendors while also providing support and information to our service departments when needed. Claims submitted will be monitored and settlements with unpaid balances will be either resubmitted or allocated appropriately.
The Warranty Analyst will assist with warranty audits and communicate warranty guidelines, procedures and updates to appropriate personnel to assure warranty guidelines and documentation requirements are met.
