This position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings. This offer is for an existing vacant position within the organization.

to employees Base compensation is $29,000 + apartment suite included (taxable benefit) Employer paid benefits Annual bonuses based on personal performance Extensive and ongoing training programs and a work-smart environment Gym membership discount Awards for years of service Opportunity for career development Inclusive and diverse work environment Annual holiday parties & summer BBQ’s Key Responsibilities Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairwells, amenities) Minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting Preparing vacant apartment suites for new residents Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents Assisting with leasing suites Responding to on-call requests Qualifications Strong customer service skills Previous or similar property management experience (an asset) Display a professional/presentable appearance Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS) Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and minor maintenance repairs Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, items could include garbage bins, furniture, appliances or while performing snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time Basic computer and keyboarding skills Good written and verbal communication skills We thank all those who apply, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
