Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of mid-cap corporate clients (especially China+1 clients), providing comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services to support their business growth and success Proactively identify and understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop tailored strategies to address them Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, product, and support units, to deliver seamless and efficient client experiences Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through regular communication and exceptional service Actively monitor and manage the performance of the client portfolio, ensuring adherence to risk management policies and procedures Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability Requirements Have experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing a client portfolio Proficient in financial analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
