Requirements

Experienced SAP Transport Management Specialist to govern, manage, and optimize the end-to-end SAP transport landscape across customer SAP environments. Leveraging ActiveControl to ensure efficient, controlled, and compliant transport processes across complex SAP landscapes. Strong expertise in SAP transport management, release processes, and system landscapes, along with hands-on experience in ActiveControl administration and operations.

Manage the end-to-end SAP transport landscape across multiple SAP systems. Ensure compliance with transport policies, governance standards, and best practices. Optimize transport workflows using ActiveControl across managed SAP landscapes. Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain ActiveControl across SAP environments.

Ensure the stability, performance, and availability of ActiveControl components. Manage integrations between ActiveControl and SAP systems, including ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BW. Support retrofit activities during and after project implementations in alignment with the Application Maintenance (AM) team. Coordinate transport alignment between project and maintenance landscapes.

Plan, schedule, and manage transport jobs and deployments across SAP environments. Monitor transport queues and proactively resolve conflicts or transport failures. Provide transport-related support to Release Managers and resolve transport issues. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for failed transports.

Provide on-call or off-hours support for critical transport activities, when required. Hands-on experience with ActiveControl or similar SAP transport management tools. Strong understanding of SAP landscapes, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and SAP Solution Manager. Proven experience managing complex SAP transport landscapes and release cycles.

Knowledge of SAP ChaRM, CTS+, or other SAP transport management tools. Exposure to DevOps or Agile delivery models within SAP environments. SAP Basis or related SAP certifications.
