Candidate Requirements To be considered for suitable opportunities, candidates will generally demonstrate the following: Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF) Relevant experience within an Early Childhood Education and Care setting Demonstrated leadership capability appropriate to role level (e.
