Head Chef / General Manager Picasso Restaurant Group – Troy, MI $65,000–$70,000 per year | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Picasso Restaurant Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Head Chef / General Manager to lead our Troy location! This is a great opportunity for a culinary professional who wants a leadership role with a consistent daytime schedule — no nights and no regular weekends.

What You’ll Do Oversee all daily kitchen and café operations Lead, train, schedule, and develop kitchen and front-of-house team members Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and excellent customer service Manage food ordering, inventory, and food costs Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards Assist with menu planning and daily food production Monitor labor and operating costs Create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Work closely with Picasso Restaurant Group leadership to ensure the location operates efficiently and successfully Participate in catering and special events as needed What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role Strong culinary and kitchen management experience Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Knowledge of food costs, ordering, inventory, and labor management Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and customer service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced food service environment Catering or high-volume food service experience is a plus Schedule & Compensation Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM No regular nights or weekends Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year Eligible for health benefits after 90 days Paid Vacation Time, all major holidays off Why Join Picasso Restaurant Group?
