Per Diem/Relief Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

Center for Human Development, (CHD), is currently looking for Per Diem Behavioral Health Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join the team at Heron House, an Enhanced Medical Group Living Environment (EMGLE) program. This 18-bed facility located in East Longmeadow, MA allows you to provide quality care and support to those we serve with a small LPN to client ratio.

Under the supervision of designated charge nurse or RN, you will work with a support team of LPN’s, CNA’s and Direct Care staff providing care and compassion all the while gaining valuable experience in CHD’s modern EMGLE facility.
