Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative - Supervisor
Job description
San Marin Animal Hospital is growing, and we are excited to welcome an experienced CSR Supervisor to our team! This is a hands-on leadership position focused on overseeing daily front desk workflow, supporting the client service team, ensuring appropriate coverage for breaks and busy periods, and helping create a positive, efficient experience for both clients and patients. You will play an important role in coaching and developing team members, assisting with client complaint resolution, supporting marketing initiatives to help drive business growth, and helping to ensure that hospital policies and client care standards are consistently followed.

Schedule and compensation:
- Compensation:** **$ 28 - $32 per hour, for each hour worked
- This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule. We are currently open Monday through Friday, but may expand our hours to include Saturdays in the future.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role including scheduling, client communication, and handling fast-paced workflows with professionalism and empathy.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to support, coach, and delegate effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with a calm and solutions-oriented approach under pressure.

This is a good-faith estimate based on the role's requirements at the time of posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
