Job description
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to build secure, workflow-enabled enterprise applications following automation-first engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure microservices using Spring Boot
- Integrate BPMN workflow engines and ActiveMQ messaging
- Implement OAuth2 and JWT-based security
- Enforce TDD and CI/CD practices
- Lead performance optimization using JMeter insights
- Mentor engineering team and conduct code reviews Requirements
- 8-10 years of development experience
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and React
- Experience designing REST APIs
- Experience working with PostgreSQL/MySQL
- Understanding of OAuth2 security
- API development and database integration
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools Technical Stack & Environment:
- Backend: Spring Boot (Primary), REST APIs, Microservices
- Frontend: React.js / Next.js with TypeScript
- Workflow: BPMN 2.0 (Activiti / Camunda)
- Messaging: JMS, Apache ActiveMQ
- Security: Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, RBAC
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Testing: Selenium, JUnit, Mockito
- Performance Testing: Apache JMeter
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Cloud: AWS / Azure
