Technical Team Lead (ID 1307)

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to build secure, workflow-enabled enterprise applications following automation-first engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure microservices using Spring Boot
• Integrate BPMN workflow engines and ActiveMQ messaging
• Implement OAuth2 and JWT-based security
• Enforce TDD and CI/CD practices
• Lead performance optimization using JMeter insights
• Mentor engineering team and conduct code reviews Requirements
• 8-10 years of development experience
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and React
• Experience designing REST APIs
• Experience working with PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Understanding of OAuth2 security
• API development and database integration
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools Technical Stack & Environment:
• Backend: Spring Boot (Primary), REST APIs, Microservices
• Frontend: React.js / Next.js with TypeScript
• Workflow: BPMN 2.0 (Activiti / Camunda)
• Messaging: JMS, Apache ActiveMQ
• Security: Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, RBAC
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Testing: Selenium, JUnit, Mockito
• Performance Testing: Apache JMeter
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Cloud: AWS / Azure
