IT Service Desk Intern

MDU Resources is excited to provide this on-the-job experience for IT students to apply their field of study and identify potential candidates for future opportunities in our Company. We are seeking an Intern to work on the IT Service Desk and, over a phased approach, learn to image devices and resolve hardware vulnerability tasks.

The Intern will be paired with an Associate Endpoint Administrator as a mentor and will job shadow until able to perform assigned tasks without direct supervision, then continue to expand job responsibilities based on the mastery of assigned tasks.
