Role Specific Information Job Description About the Role As a Designer, you will oversee the design of multiple categories or a large brand, crafting an assortment that aligns with brand positioning and appeals to the target customer. What You’ll Do Build, create and maintain tech packs, trim sheets and design packages Ensure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management Collaborate closely with Senior Designer and Design Director in the conceptual development of the brand Provide direction for color and art development to artists Present designs in meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction Partner with Trend and Design Team to prioritize trends for areas of responsibility and share creative ideas Research the domestic market to identify new trends, fabrics, techniques, etc.

and complete pre-packages Meet with vendors for sourcing of fabric and trim and review seasonal concept direction Ensure product consistency with market trends and business strategy Additional tasks may be assigned What Skills You Have Required Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and CAD or similar programs Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field 5-7 years of design experience Previous retail experience This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI.

You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
