Job description
The Shift Manager will assist the Production Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate fabrication and assembly operations to effectively and profitably produce superior quality products and ensure on-time delivery. This position will oversee a shift crew at the warehouse and will provide leadership to improve safety, housekeeping, product quality, process efficiency, and labor deployment.
This role will be responsible for hiring decisions, and a range of other workforce management activities.
