Job description
The Pre-Service Operations Manager is responsible for the daily management and oversight of the organization's pre-service patient access functions, ensuring patients receive timely, accurate, and compassionate service before arriving for care. This position oversees access center operations, pre-service financial clearance, pre-registration, and prior authorization teams, including remote employees. This role ensures patients are financially and administratively cleared prior to service, reducing delays, denials, and avoidable rework. This is a full-time salaried position based onsite, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement based on organizational needs and successful completion of onboarding and performance expectations.
