LIVE-IN HHA POSITIONS – SUFFOLK COUNTY $255.45 PER DAY | FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES | WEEKLY DIRECT DEPOSIT Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County. REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of HHA experience Valid NYS HHA Certificate Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license preferred Physical exam completed within the past year PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years MMR immunizations within the past 10 years BRING A FRIEND.
