Maintaining a clean & organized station – including pre-bussing & table maintenance. Performing opening, closing & side duties – setting up/breaking down station, refilling condiments, cleaning ashtrays, etc. Demonstrating knowledge of all table/station numbers. Directing guests to areas & restrooms. Creating memorable experiences.
