Our dairy cooperative seeking an onsite People & Culture Generalist covering our Waitsfield, VT office and East Montpelier, VT distribution center. The P&C Generalist partners with other departments to provide support in reaching core business goals. The P&C Generalist performs a wide range of P&C related duties including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, consulting with and coaching leaders on employee performance matters, policy interpretation, performance management, assistance with benefits questions, training, HRIS administration and ensuring compliance with Federal and State law.
