SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

6–9 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant. Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules to meet business and financial requirements. Manage core Finance processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and COPA.

Support financial reporting, cost controlling, and period-end/year-end closing activities. Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions. Perform system configuration, functional testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing functional support to business users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP MM, SD, and PP, to ensure seamless process integration. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and testing artifacts. Strong expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA). Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and functional enhancements.

Experience supporting financial reporting, cost tracking, and financial closing processes. Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. Exposure to global SAP implementations or application support (AMS) projects.
