About the role

Love solving problems fast and keeping customers happy? Ready to guide ESTO customers every step of the way? Join our team and be the voice that turns questions into loyalty. Salary: €1,500–€1,800 gross per month, plus bonuses. What You’ll Do : B2C sales to our existing customer base (cold + warm leads) Hit and exceed sales targets Customer service via phone, e-mail, chat Share feedback and insights on areas for improvement Contribute input on sales pitches Cover for colleagues in the same department during vacations, across other task lines What We Expect : Fluent in Lithuanian (C2), proficient in English (B2) - written and spoken 1+ year of B2C sales experience with a proven track record Strong multitasker, comfortable juggling priorities Nice to have Consumer lending experience is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here
