00–$17.00 per hour for standard caregiver assignments Specialty Assignments: Certain specialty and couples cases may pay up to $22.50 per hour Employment Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities Experience: Not required; previous experience is a plus Job Responsibilities As a Personal Care Assistant, you will help clients with daily activities and provide support based on their individual care plans.

Responsibilities

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Preparing meals and encouraging proper hydration Providing companionship, conversation, and social interaction Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household tasks Assisting with walking, mobility, and transfers as appropriate Providing medication reminders according to the client's care plan Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and other activities when needed Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition to the office Completing required shift documentation Following care plans, safety procedures, and company policies Available Scheduling Opportunities We offer a variety of assignments to accommodate different schedules and availability.

Opportunities may include: Full-time and part-time schedules Day, afternoon, and evening shifts Overnight shifts Weekday and weekend assignments Live-in assignments Long-term, ongoing cases Short-term assignments Schedules and available hours vary by client and assignment. Pay and Benefits Care. One Senior Care offers the following compensation and benefits: $15.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years old Be dependable, compassionate, and respectful Have reliable transportation to assigned client locations Have a valid driver's license Maintain current vehicle registration and auto insurance Be able to work independently in a client's home Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the office Successfully complete the required criminal background screening Have a current TB test or be willing to obtain one before employment begins Previous experience in home care, personal care, CNA work, direct care, or caregiving is welcome but not required.
