Your Role
As the Venture Lead, you will own both the business line and the product — defining how Shop. Back's proprietary data becomes a category-defining new venture. You are equal parts deal-maker and builder — 50% commercial, 50% product. You won't manage a roadmap; you'll manage a P&L. This is an independent contributor role, reporting directly to the CPO with ownership of the new venture.
