Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled MEP BIM Engineer to develop and manage accurate BIM models, ensuring coordination across all building services and alignment with architectural and structural elements. With over a decade of experience in delivering value-driven solutions, we are now expanding our training division to empower the next generation of BIM professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage MEP BIM models from design or as-built data. Coordinate MEP services with other disciplines in a BIM environment. Prepare detailed models (various LODs) and shop drawings. Conduct clash detection and prepare reports. Support the team in project delivery and coordination tasks.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks. Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows. Scan to BIM / Point Cloud conversion skills preferred. Experience with Dynamo is a plus. Familiarity with US projects is preferred.
