Sr. Engineer Scan to BIM (MEP)

Job Summary

We’re seeking a skilled MEP BIM Engineer to develop and manage accurate BIM models, ensuring coordination across all building services and alignment with architectural and structural elements. Key Responsibilities

Create and manage MEP BIM models from design or as-built data. Coordinate MEP services with other disciplines in a BIM environment. Prepare detailed models (various LODs) and shop drawings. Conduct clash detection and prepare reports. Support the team in project delivery and coordination tasks.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks. Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows. Scan to BIM / Point Cloud conversion skills preferred. Experience with Dynamo is a plus. Familiarity with US projects is preferred.
