Ready to step up and lead with confidence? We’re looking for a motivated and capable Third in Charge to join our team at Merchant 1948 Newmarket store . You’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in running the floor, coaching the team, and keeping things moving – especially when leadership isn’t on-site.

Here’s what’s on offer: Role: Third in Charge Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday Tuesday: 11am - 7pm Wednesday: 11am - 7pm Thursday: 2pm - 9pm Friday: 12:30pm - 9pm Saturday 11am - 7pm Minimum Hours: 37 hours per week Hourly Rate: $26.
