Learn more at www.reduzer.tech Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Technical Instructor to lead the delivery of our intensive 1 year full-stack development curriculum.
You will be the technical backbone of our school, responsible for transforming ambitious students into world-class software engineers through rigorous, hands-on instruction across 15 curriculum phases covering computer architecture, programming fundamentals, advanced data structures, full-stack development, DevOps, and software engineering best practices.
You must be deeply technical, pedagogically gifted, and relentlessly committed to producing graduates who can compete at a global level.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Instruction & Curriculum Delivery Teach 15 phases of technical curriculum covering computer architecture, command-line tools, databases (SQL), version control (Git), programming languages (JavaScript/Python/Java/PHP/Ruby), OOP, data structures and algorithms, REST API development, back-end frameworks (Node.js/Django/Spring/Laravel), front-end development (React, TailwindCSS), DevOps (Docker, EC2, NGINX), and Agile methodologies Deliver daily lectures, live coding sessions, and technical workshops to cohorts of up to 15 students Guide students through complex technical concepts from binary representations and memory hierarchy to Web.
Sockets, OAuth 2.0, and CI/CD pipelines Conduct hands-on labs for database design, API security (OWASP Top 10), containerization, cloud deployment, and performance optimization Lead competitive programming sessions using platforms like Hacker. Rank and Leet. Code to sharpen problem-solving skills Teach software engineering standards including SOLID principles, clean code practices, unit testing, and integration testing Prepare students for real-world development through practical application of Agile workflows, sprint planning, and version control best practices Student Assessment & Mentorship Design and grade quizzes, assignments, and portfolio projects that measure mastery of technical concepts Review student code with the rigor of a senior engineer conducting production code reviews Provide detailed feedback on 8 portfolio projects per student covering database modeling, OOP applications, REST APIs, full-stack web applications, and a comprehensive capstone project Mentor students through technical challenges, debugging sessions, and architectural decisions Conduct one-on-one sessions to help struggling students bridge knowledge gaps Assess student readiness for Single Sprint Residencies with industry partners Maintain high standards by ensuring only students who meet global engineering benchmarks progress through phases Curriculum Refinement & Resource Development Continuously improve curriculum content based on student performance, industry trends, and feedback from our engineering team Develop supplementary learning materials including coding exercises, reference guides, and video tutorials Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software engineering practices Update technical assessments to reflect real-world engineering challenges Collaborate with the founder and senior engineers to ensure curriculum aligns with market demands Document common student challenges and create resources to address recurring technical gaps Essential Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical field Proven experience working across the full stack (front-end, back-end, databases, DevOps) Technical Mastery Core Fundamentals Computer architecture, memory management, and low-level system concepts Command-line proficiency (Linux, Bash scripting, Vim) Relational database design and SQL programming Version control with Git and collaborative development workflows Back-End Development At least two server-side languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, PHP, or Ruby) At least two back-end frameworks (Node.
