- HQ Department: Administration Weekly Hours: 36 Status: Full time Shift: Nights (United States of America) Job Summary: POSITION SUMMARY The RN, Call Center plays an active role to promote patient health by providing triage for injury and illness. You will use clinical judgement to collect, validate, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate care. In this role, you will assist multiple different call streams in a day and provide physician referrals and connect patients to an appointment. REQUIREMENTS
Graduate from an accredited school or college of nursing 5 years hospital experience Current Ohio Registered Nursing license required and Michigan and Kentucky License within 6 months of hire PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of Epic Systems Diverse clinical skills with emergency or critical care experience Pro.
