Accounts Receivable Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an ambitious, energetic team member to join our Head Office Accounts team, you must have previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role with high volume debtors. The role Receipting & Allocation of payments Reconciling statements for key accounts Collection of Monies outstanding Daily bank reconciliation including journal adjustments Reconciliation of clearing accounts including cash, Amex, Afterpay etc Reconciling online purchases and payments Verify and process credit and limit increase applications Ongoing management of Debtor records and compliance with Debtor insurance Store audits Dispute resolution, assist and support team with other ad hoc accounts tasks as required Ideally you will have or be High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable Role Strong reconciliation experience Experience with Microsoft office applications such as Excel and outlook Ability to work within a team environment and priorities work under pressure Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
