Job Description Key Responsibilities Preventive & Reactive Maintenance: Developing schedules to prevent failures and quickly fixing machinery when breakdowns occur. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing equipment failures using specific technical tools. Plan Development: Creating maintenance strategies, updating procedures, and managing equipment upgrades.

Resource Management: Ordering spare parts, controlling maintenance budgets, and managing contractor work. Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all equipment meets safety regulations and operational standards.
