As a **Junior Project Manager (6 Months Fixed-Term Contract) **at Flix, you can make an impact by supporting the coordination and delivery of key projects across the team, helping workstreams run smoothly while building toward independent project ownership.
About the Role**
- Support planning, tracking, and follow-up on project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reporting across tools such as Confluence, task boards, and action logs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on routine operational items and follow-ups.
- Assist with data collection, clean-up, and consolidation to support analysis and decision-making.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and stakeholder updates.
- Flag risks, blockers, and delays to senior project managers in a timely way.
- Take ownership of well-defined, lower-complexity tasks and sub-projects, growing toward more autonomy over time.
About You**
- Brings experience in project coordination, operations, or a related support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly and effectively in written and verbal English.
- Is comfortable with standard collaboration and office tools such as MS Office and Outlook.
- Is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with the ability to take direction and grow into more autonomy.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Interest in operations, facilities, security, or asset management topics is a plus.
