This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global consumer healthcare organisation, working closely with Customer Care, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to help deliver excellent customer experiences and support business growth. You'll learn how end-to-end customer service operations drive customer satisfaction, product availability, accurate order fulfilment, and business performance while building skills that will support your future career.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities Support daily activities of the O2C Market Customer Care team, ensuring smooth customer service operations. Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently within ERP systems. Receive, record, and track customer inquiries, requests, claims, and returns in line with service priorities.
Assist in managing customer complaints by coordinating with relevant teams to support timely resolution. Ensure compliance with Opella policies, O2C processes, and Good Distribution Practice requirements. Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Prepare reports, analyses, and administrative support for projects and business activities.
About You
Key Requirements Currently studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related discipline. Available to work 20–30 hours per week alongside your studies. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Fluent in English and German , with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of logistics, supply chain processes, or ERP systems would be advantageous. What Makes You Successful You are someone who: Enjoys working with people and solving problems.
