DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a thorough, working knowledge of dry goods, paper products, chemical supplies, and food and beverage specifications. Ensures that all shipments are received in good, undamaged condition. Notates all non-conformities, discrepancies, damages, shortages, and miss picks to vendor invoices as well as purchase orders.
