Job Summary

This is a part-time role (Mon-Fri, 10am-3pm). This role will be required to support office maintenance, dealings with contractors, support staff travel arrangements, small office procurements, corporate mobile phone support, and other administrative support as required. These are necessary support activities that needs to be performed for the day to day running of the branches.

The person will spend most of your time providing administrative support, managing some contracts, collating information, producing documents, managing filing and administrative systems, and supporting assigned staff. These jobs are found all over Allied World in every part of the business, providing administrative support of all kinds.

The role requires the person work in a team environment, liaising with and meeting the needs of internal customers. You will have good business and operational administration skills and experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a wide range of administrative and support services to help managers and staff carry out their work more efficiently and effectively.

Collate information and producing documents to support the operation and management of the business. Set up and manage filing and administrative systems to ensure that information is recorded, secured and accessible. Office facilities management by conducting day to day tasks related to maintaining a safe, healthy, and organized business facility & coordinating maintenance including reactionary & preventative services to support the working environment.

Obtain quotes from different suppliers/vendors to source vendors Managing small office contracts and office contractors to ensure satisfactory completion of their work, including additional follow up.

Qualifications
