HC Drivers – Mackay (Paget): Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday rosters Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts available Why Join Lindsay: Competitive All-inclusive Hourly Rates plus Additional Hours and Weekend Rates Apply Choose from Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday rosters Secure, long-term employment with one of Australia's leading transport companies Modern fleet and equipment New and expanding operations across Far North Queensland Secure employment with reliable weekly wages Service milestone recognition gifts A $1,500 referral reward for eligible employee referrals Employee discounts, including 40% off Ringers Western merchandise and 15% off Bridgestone Tyres Novated leasing options through our partner provider Financial support to complete approved training and licences Ongoing career development opportunities across our growing Australia-wide business A supportive, safety-first and inclusive workplace culture What’s The Role: Safely operate an HC vehicle to complete daily pick-up and delivery runs Deliver freight on time and without damage Load, unload and secure freight Complete daily vehicle inspections and report defects Follow road transport legislation, fatigue management and company procedures Complete delivery documentation and electronic records Provide professional customer service Maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle Work with the operations team to deliver excellent service What You’ll Bring: Current Heavy Combination (HC) Licence Demonstrated experience in pick-up and delivery or general freight operations Safe driving record and strong commitment to safety and compliance Sound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and fatigue management requirements Ability to safely load, unload and secure freight Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Confidence using electronic proof of delivery and transport system A reliable, professional attitude with a strong work ethic Forklift licence (desirable but not essential) Ready to join us?
