Sr HR Generalist

The Sr. HR Generalist owns employee relations, investigations, exits and performance support for our Support Center, SHIPP distribution center and company-owned bakeries. You'll coach managers, keep us compliant across multiple states and spend real time in our bakeries. You'll work side by side with our HR Manager, our Training and Engagement team and the VP of Human Resources.

You'll also help lead how our HR team uses AI. We want someone who always asks one question: where can AI take friction out of our day?
