TO TM Rotation Program-Gaming

Under the supervision of the Training & Development Manager, work in a supportive environment to gain experience and learn skills required to perform Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort line-level positions. This program is intended for Tribal Members to gain knowledge and experience in each department for future employment opportunities.

The Tribal Member will be rotated within different departments and jobs based on a schedule developed by Human Resources and the needs of the business. This position will not be eligible to accept tips. At the completion of this program, employees will receive a certificate that will provide the tribal member with minimum qualifications for any line-level position within Soaring Eagle Gaming.
