Job Description OUR CORE PILLARS: Safety | Operational Excellence | Shareholder Value Propulsion Controls Engineering has an opening for a Ship Repair Project Manager , with a minimum of 5 years of military or ship repair/marine industry experience; supporting our San Diego, CA location PCE is a full service electro-mechanical repair and diesel repair contractor.

Project Manager Position Summary: Oversee and lead a team in completing projects by a set deadline, schedule and budget. Monitor project progress, resolve challenges and communicate obstacles. Position Requirments: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. 5 plus years’ experience of military/marine or ship repair industry preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work at a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task with multiple projects. Ability and tolerance to meet due dates and deadlines and/or time constraints. Ability to delegate and lead others. Knowledge of production processes, quality control and costs.

Ability to obtain / maintain a Department of Defense Security Clearance.
