Staffing Assistant (Seasonal Opportunity) Monday

- Part Time Pueblo, CO The Staffing Assistant supports the daily recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative functions of a busy staffing operation. This role is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys interacting with people, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role
& Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in candidates and employees. Conduct candidate interviews and assist with recruiting activities. Support onboarding, orientations, new-hire paperwork, and training coordination. Complete I-9 employment verification and coordinate drug screening processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, employees, and client contacts. Process payroll updates and administrative tasks as needed. Support client communication and day-to-day operational needs. Assist with workers compensation, unemployment documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and branch administration.
Other duties as assigned Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You’ll Bring) 2+ years of administrative, customer service, staffing, or office experience. Bilingual is a plus. Experienced in staffing industry. Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications. Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail. The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $20- $25. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
