Requirements
Prior bar tending experience is required Confident and highly social personality Knowledge of spirits, bar tending, and drink-making Knowledge of Spanish and Latin American spirits a plus Greeting and welcoming guests Ability to move quickly and efficiently Maintaining complete knowledge of all food and beverage items including specials, their prices and availability Walking guests through our menus and daily specials Accurately take orders Accurate money handling, processing credit card transactions, basic math skills Basic knowledge of POS software Ability to communicate well with others Positive, team-oriented attitude Other duties as assigned by management team We expect all of our employees to follow our creed, be well groomed and in proper uniform, keep your station clean and well stocked at all time, prioritize job duties, clear and positive communicate with other team members, and keeps a customer-first attitude at all times.
