What matters most

To excel in the role of RN at Minden Medical Center, candidates must possess a current RN licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. While one year of experience in Nursery/NICU/L&D is preferred, those with a strong passion for maternal and infant care are encouraged to apply. Candidates should hold certifications in Fetal Heart Monitoring (preferred), CPR (required), and obtain NRP certification within 8 weeks of hire. Additionally, all RN staff will receive training to float between the labor unit, post-partum/GYN floor, and the nursery. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Current RN licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing; one year Nursery/NICU/ L&D experience preferred.

• Required Certification/Registration Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
