Field Service Technician

Compensation

$30.00 - $45.00/hour Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision available from start Paid Time Off, Sick Time and Vacation Matching 401(k) etc. Company credit card + travel perks/points Per-diem Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday with ample overtime + occasional on-call. Master. Tech is on the search for Industrial Electrician with Corrugated and/or Sheetfed specific experience on label and packaging production equipment based out of Massachusetts, requiring extensive travel to customer locations.

Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational. Detail-oriented Field Service Techs are responsible for the on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation.

Key Qualifications: Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred. Previous Corrugated experience in Prepress and/or Post. Press machinery Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring. Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Excellent customer service skills and communication. Previous experience using oscilloscopes, drills, taps, etc. Soldering experience a plus. Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation. MT1
