Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report residents' health status and any changes to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Follow care plans and adhere to all safety and health regulations
• Support medication reminders and basic health assessments as directed by nursing staff Requirements Skills and Qualifications :
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required with current CPR CERTIFICATE
• Prior experience in a long-term care or senior living environment preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
