Front Desk Associate and Membership Counselor

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team at Crazy 88 MMA! The Sales Associate is responsible for converting leads to sales by providing the customer with the full Crazy 88 Experience. The Sales Associate maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service and ensuring the facility is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome members and guests Answer phone calls and emails Process payments and memberships Assist with sales and marketing materials Maintain office supplies Keep the front desk area clean and organized Sell gear to members Enroll prospective members Requirements 18+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills A passion for martial arts is a plus!
