Engineering Manager, Business Applications - Charlotte, NC

We are seeking an Engineering Manager for our Charlotte, NC Home Office. This is an in-person position leading the Application Development team responsible for our in-house ERP and related business applications. This role will oversee technical architecture, development standards, application performance, feature development, technical debt, and overall platform health.
