Regional Manager - Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Drive product promotion and brand awareness among healthcare professionals.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure effective territory coverage and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regional business plans.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and training teams to support business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience / 3+ years in a managerial role at pharmaceutical company
• Work experience in diabetic and cardiac segment would be preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field. Skills & Competencies
