Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Analyst, PLM to support and drive execution of Product Development product lifecycle processes within the Merchant Import Operations team. Reporting to the PLM Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating portfolio workflows, maintaining visibility to product development initiatives, and supporting prioritization and governance processes.

The Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that cross-functional inputs are consolidated, timelines are tracked, and leadership has clear visibility into execution status. This role operates at the center of execution—driving coordination, insights, and process adherence while influencing cross-functional teams.

A Day in the Life

PD Portfolio Tracking & Visibility (20%) Maintain trackers for in-flight and pipeline PD initiatives Provide updates on progress, upcoming demand, and key risks Highlight gaps, tradeoffs, and capacity issues to leadership Ensure data accuracy and consistency across portfolio reporting Reporting & Insights (15%) Compile and maintain portfolio and operational reports Validate data and support development of dashboards and presentations Analyze and validate landed cost calculations, demonstrating clear understanding of components including product cost, freight, duties, and additional supply chain expenses Provide visibility into PD performance and pipeline health Maintain reporting on workload and resource demand Support analysis of trends and issues impacting execution Prioritization & Planning Coordination (15%) Coordinate logistics and materials for seasonal prioritization cycles Consolidate inputs across Merchandising, Planning, and cross-functional teams Maintain the rolling PD pipeline (12–18 months) Prepare presentations and materials for leadership reviews Production Calendar Support (15%) Maintain and update the production calendar and milestone tracking tools Track deliverables and ensure alignment to timelines Follow up with teams to drive on-time completion of milestones Escalate risks and delays as needed Cross-Functional Coordination (15%) Facilitate working sessions and track action items across teams Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Creative, and Marketing teams Ensure clear communication and alignment on deliverables and timelines Support day-to-day operational execution across stakeholders Process Documentation & Improvement (20%) Document workflows, tools, and processes Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Support rollout and adoption of new processes and tools Maintain process documentation and training materials Build and maintain shared templates, trackers, and reference materials Support development of centralized PD resources for teams Ensure tools are accessible, accurate, and up to date Scope and Impact: The Analyst plays a critical role in enabling execution discipline and operational visibility across Product Development.

This role directly impacts: Accuracy and transparency of PD portfolio tracking Efficiency of prioritization and planning processes Cross-functional coordination and communication Consistency in execution and reporting practices You'll Come With Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred fields of study include Product Development, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Retail Management, or a related discipline.

Experience: 3+ years in product development, brand management, retail operations, supply chain, or related field Experience in project coordination, reporting, or process management Exposure to cross-functional workflows and seasonal planning cycles Advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools PLM system experience preferred Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Come join our team.
