Posting Title: Urologist Industry: Health Care Salary: ₹4.5LPM to 5LPM Work Experience: 0-1 year Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic imaging and laboratory results. Conduct and interpret cystoscopy procedures for diagnosis and therapeutic interventions in bladder and urethral pathologies.
Provide expert management of kidney stone disease, including endourological procedures such as ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), and shock wave lithotripsy (SWL). Perform laparoscopic and open urological surgeries, including prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, and pyeloplasty. Execute transurethral resection procedures (TURP for benign prostatic hyperplasia and TURBT for bladder tumors) with precision and safety.
Participate in the pre- and post-operative care of patients undergoing uro-oncological surgeries, including bladder, prostate, and renal cancers. Assist in and contribute to renal transplant procedures, including donor evaluation, recipient preparation, and post-transplant follow-up. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists, nephrologists, radiologists, and pathologists, to develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including operative notes, progress reports, and follow-up documentation. Stay updated with the latest advancements in urology through continuous medical education and participation in clinical audits and research initiatives.
