This position includes reception, office management, and administrative responsibilities and partners closely with the Human Resources and Accounts Payable departments.
What you’ll do for us: Oversee administrative and event planning items related to successful operation of corporate headquarters including ordering supplies, processing invoices, managing vendors, filing, and organizing break room Liaise with building management and communicate with employees regarding corporate office events, closures, etc.
Operate front desk phone system; respond to employee sick-calls, general employee questions, and inquiries from residents at our apartment communities Assist with HR duties including onboarding, file creation, and new hire announcements Qualifications Must haves: Positive attitude Strong communication skills Organization Focus Speed Sense of humor Technology savvy Resilience Flexibility Prior work in a fast-paced environment Great to haves: Prior reception and administrative work in a corporate setting Compensation The compensation range is $25 - $27 / hour.
