Job Opening: Real Estate Executive (Female) Location: Mazgaon, Mumbai Merchant & Co is looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Real Estate Executive to join our team.

Requirements

• Experience in residential and commercial leasing.
• Knowledge of property sourcing and client coordination.
• Experience posting and managing property listings on real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Source new properties for sale and rent.
• Post and update property listings on online portals.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and clients.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits.
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain client relationships.
