RN - PRN - OR Surgery - Hospital - Okmulgee

The purpose of the position is to provide nursing services and support to the Muscogee Creek Nation Department of Health operating room and outpatient surgery. The Registered Nurse will consistently display behavior that enhances the image of the health care system as evidenced by professional and courteous behavior toward all customers and co-workers.

The incumbent Knows and applies current nursing theory, principles of care and nursing procedures in performing the following functions appropriate to the age of the patient in the delivery of quality care and services; Circulating and/or Scrub nurse in the OR, Patient care in the Pre and Post-Operatives area, Maintains a safe and clean care environment, participates in Quality improvement, Assists in the supervision of Surgical Technicians.
